Ashley Ambrisko is a designer who is based in the Seattle Area. She finds inspiration in the natural surroundings in Washington and enjoys working with people who want their home to be their own version of a sanctuary. Her goal as a designer working with interior space is to unite the personalities of her clients and the beauty of nature, while maintaining a comfortable feeling of space. She believes every person should have a home they look forward to coming back to, or staying in. 

Her work centers around the scientific research of what makes a person feel comfortable and relaxed. She uses layered, balanced design to envoke a cozy feeling, she mixes this with fun textures and accents to express the uniqueness of a space. She strategically uses plants, from real to faux, for every home to suit the needs of the owner and design as well as to bring in the therapeutic aspect of nature. She manages color and shape carefully to construct a desired mood and atmosphere. She strives to connect an entire home a fluid way. 

Her process includes first meeting with a client, getting to understand the client's personality and design tastes. She then creates a virtual realization of the space in 3D programs such as Sketchup, adjusting it to the client’s needs and making it a reality. Her interior design work can be seen in various homes throughout Washington State, including a recently completed condo remodel in Woodinville, WA.
